The Company provides health, dental, and vision insurance plans to eligible employees. Please contact Human Resources for details. The Company complies with all applicable federal and state laws regarding health insurance administration.
RETIREMENT PLAN – 401K
The Company offers a 401K to all regular full-time employees. The Company matches 100% of employees’ contributions up to 3% of employees’ salaries. The Company also matches 50% of employees’ contributions between 4%-5% of employees’ salaries. Employees can choose what percent of their pay, if any, to contribute to their 401K up to the federal annual maximum. Employees are 100% vested in their contributions as well as Company match contributions from their first day of employment. For further information and specific details about the Company’s 401K, ask the Human Resource department for guidance.
SHORT TERM DISABILITY (STD), LONG TERM DISABILITY (LTD)
For extended absence, the Company offers purchasable Short-Term Disability (STD) and included Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits for full time employees. For specific details of each option, please refer to the Company benefit summary guide.
Vacation is not intended to be used in replacement of an absence covered under the Company’s STD or LTD benefit or FMLA, such as surgery recovery, significant illness, etc. Any employee who falsely reports any such leave as vacation time is subject to discipline, up to and including termination.
